Open the downloaded .dmg and drag Attentus into your Applications folder, then launch it.

On first run Attentus downloads the AI model (~3.3 GB). This only happens once — updates after that are a few MB each.

Set a focus goal and Attentus holds the line. No account needed for the 7-day trial.

Run the downloaded Attentus-Setup.exe and follow the installer.

If Windows SmartScreen warns about an unrecognized app, click More info → Run anyway.
Attentus is a small independent app, and we haven't bought an expensive code-signing certificate yet — so Windows doesn't recognize the publisher and shows this notice. It's safe to continue; the warning is one-time.
