Open the downloaded installer. For Attentus.pkg, follow macOS Installer. During the current compatibility window, a legacy Attentus.dmg may instead ask you to drag Attentus to Applications, launch it, and choose Finish setup once.

On first run Attentus downloads the AI model (~3.3 GB). This only happens once. Updates after that are a few MB each.
