Not another blocklist

A blocklist can't tell work from a rabbit hole.

Every simple blocker asks you to predict your own distractions in advance. Attentus takes a different approach.

Good things to ask.

Does Attentus see everything on my screen?
No. During a focus session it looks only at the browser tab you're actively viewing, classifies it on-device, and discards the image immediately. Nothing is stored, and nothing is ever sent off your device.
Can I bypass it if I really need to?
Outside Unstoppable Mode, yes. You're always in control and can end a normal session whenever you like. Unstoppable Mode is the deliberate exception: you choose, up front, to give up the off-switch for a set amount of time.
Is it actually unstoppable?
It's a strong commitment device, not unbreakable DRM, and we'd rather be honest about that. It survives quitting, force-quitting, and reboots; the countdown even resists clock-tampering. Someone determined with admin access could dismantle it, but for the moments that matter, it holds.
Does it work offline?
Yes. After a one-time sign-in and the initial model download, focus sessions run fully offline. The AI is on your machine and your license is verified locally.
Which browsers are supported?
Chrome, Brave, Edge, Vivaldi, Chromium, Firefox, and Safari via a lightweight companion extension. Browsers running without the extension are closed during a session, so there's no quiet back door.
Will it block my computer from restarting?
Never. Restart and Shut Down always pass straight through, even mid-session. Attentus is here to hold your focus, not to hold your computer hostage.
